We’ve got the perfect adult Halloween celebration for you. It’s called Nightmare on Jefferson St and it is happening Saturday, October 29 at Parc International in downtown Lafayette.
OK, technically, we know it’s a block away from Jefferson St, but this is the “fun” holiday so who the heck is keeping score! Just put on your favorite/creative/crazy homemade or store-bought costume, get a group of friends and come pass a good time.
Gates will open that night at 5pm. There will be a huge costume contest where the first prize is $1,000!
There will also be live music from Back in Black, an AC/DC Tribute Band along with DJ Digital in the mix.
(Oh, by the way, there’s no UL or LSU game that night!)
Tickets are only $10 in advance and can be purchased online through Eventbrite. If you wait till the day of the show, then tickets will be $15.
Nightmare on Jefferson St is presented by Corona and Modelo Especial. We’ll also have a cell phone charging station that night courtesy of Hampton Toyota.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to benefit Louisiana Open.
