Auditions for the 4th Annual "One Wish Talent Show" will be held at the Extra Mile Office in Lafayette on October 6 & 13 2012. For entry forms please call Karen at (337)237-2090 ext 114 or download the application here.
There will be a $25 entry fee. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be award with a cash prize. Proceeds will benefit those served by The Extra Mile, Region, IV, Inc.
