October 10th is mammogram day at the University Hospital & Clinics.
Patients must be:
Checked in by 4:45pm,
Uninsured or underinsured,
Ages 21 - 39 years with a known family history of breast cancer, or 40+,
or if insured, it must be 366 days or more since your last mammo.
Must bring a form of ID and either insurance card, Medicaid card, or SS card with proof of income (if uninsured).
