A college football fan who died at Saturday night's LSU versus Ole Miss football game has been identified. According to reports, the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office has identified the deceased as Brian Tingley of Plaquemines Parish. Mr. Tingley was 59-years-old at the time of his passing.

Officials at Tiger Stadium were alerted to a medical emergency in the lower bowl of the stadium in the south end zone. That is where emergency personnel found Mr. Tingley suffering an apparent heart attack. According to reports, the deceased had been complaining of chest pains during the evening. He also reportedly had a history of cardiovascular disease.

It is speculated that Mr. Tingley passed away from natural causes. He was pronounced dead at 11:25 Saturday night.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time of mourning.
