Fist Bumps Pass 95% Less Germs Than a Handshake
Goodbye handshakes, hello fist bumps -- that is, if you want to pass along a lot less germs.
A new study in the "American Journal of Infection Control" found that a fist bump is way more hygienic than a handshake. A fist bump passes 95% fewer germs than a handshake.
Not a fan of the fist bump? Then you should at least high five. Yeah, it's not nearly as cool as the man-to-man knuckle slap, but it does pass 50% fewer germs than the handshake.
Wonder what's next, the "air slap"?!
