Free Acadian Culture Day At Vermillionville

The community is invited to join Vermillionville as they celebrate their annual Acadian Culture Day on Sunday, August 12 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at their historic village. Every year they host this free event for the public to explore how the Acadian community maintains their heritage.

Cooking demonstrations, crafts and games, and lots of traditional Cajun music are highlights of  a great family fun day. This is an awesome opportunity for you  to explore one of the true jewels of our culture here in Acadiana-FREE!
