Girl Scout Cookies Pre-Sale Begins Today

We are in the thick of Mardi Gras season here in south Louisiana and that's a good thing. The second best season is about to start and that is equally just as good -- Girl Scout cookies season!

Starting today (1/15), you will be able to pre-order Girl Scout cookies. On Thin Mints, on Samoas, on Do-si-dos...ok, you get the idea.

Pre-order sales will last until Sunday, January 31, 2016. Then, beginning on February 26 Girl Scouts will deliver, take additional orders and conduct direct sales at tables and booths at area businesses until March 20.

All products costs $4 a box except the gluten-free products that are $5.

Self-proclaimed as the largest girl-led business in the world, the Girl Scout Cookie Program allows young ladies to set goals which support their chosen activities, funds community service/leadership projects and allows them to participate in outdoor adventures.
