Homicide Investigation Underway In Duson

Lafayette Parish Sheriff's deputies are reporting one person is dead in what they believe to be a homicide. Deputies are currently on the scene conducting an investigation.

Deputies were called around 10 p.m. Wednesday night when a man's body was found on the side of Camp Road near Wilturner Road.

The victim's name and the cause of death are still unknown. If you know anything about this case, call the Sheriff's office.
