The current radar scan from the National Weather Service in Lake Charles makes it very easy to see why flood watches and warnings have been posted for many parts of Acadiana. The heavy rains that have moved through and are moving through the area are in association with a cold front. This front is expected to finally push through later today.

Tomorrow temperatures in South Louisiana might make you say ahh. When you wake up for work and school on Monday morning you definitely notice the difference. Yesterday morning the temperature at 5am was 77. The forecast low on Monday is 66 that is a very nice change considering that fall will arrive Sunday afternoon right after the New Orleans Saints game.
