Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug, last night the Arkansas Razorbacks were the bug and there was a rather impressive purple and gold windshield that did them in. It's tough enough to beat LSU in baseball even when you're playing your best but when you have a night like Arkansas had, you've really got no chance.

LSU double up Arkansas by a final score of 10-5. Arkansas did their part in making sure they were beaten soundly by committing six errors. That kind of sloppy play will get you beat by a t-ball team much less the number one college baseball program in the nation.

Even though the Tigers chalked one up in the win column the night did not go without its concerns. Once again Tiger starting pitching had a tough go of it. In the first game of the tournament Tiger starter Jared Poche barely didn't make it past the first inning and last night Tiger starter Austin Bain was only on the mound for two innings.

The Tigers are standing by to play again on Saturday. Their opponnent could be these same Arkansas Razorbacks or the Florida Gators. Those two teams will meet in the SEC Tournament on Friday afternoon in an elimination game.
