Metairie Man Pleads Guilty To Squeezing Hamster To Death At Pet Store

When I saw this headline initially, I had to do a double take. What kind of person would do this sort of thing?!?!

NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports Judge Steve Grefer ordered Vincent M. Caracci to serve two years probation and perform 80 hours of community service.

The judge has also ordered Caracci to undergo a psychological evaluation. He is also prohibited from owning any type of pet while on probation.

Caracci went into a mall pet store on March 27 where he SQUEEZED A HAMSTER TO DEATH. At the time he was arrested, Caracci was on probation for possessing synthetic marijuana.
