New Facebook App Tracks Who Gave You the Flu

So you have tons of Facebook friends. You may avoid some of them on the internet. Now you can find out who to avoid in real life as Facebook as launched a new app called Help, I Have the Flu.

The app scans your friends' status updates for words like "sniffles," "coughing," and naturally "flu" to see which of your pals could be spreading a little influenza virus love.

The app leaves your plotting up to you. Once you track down your patient, "you may choose to have them quarantined or if you're particularly forgiving, send some help."

You will ultimately know which friends you should avoid IRL - in real life - until after cold and flu season.
