Officer Saves Dog Stuck In Fence, Dog Surpises Officer In The End [Video]

I would like to believe most people who work in law enforcement are like this young man. His name is Nick Shepard. He is an officer for the Plattsburg police. He was called to assist in an animal rescue. A large dog had become entangled in a fence and his elderly owner had no way to free him. Enter officer Shepard and his wire cutters and voila, problem solved. Well almost, where did the dog go? That is the surprise at the end of this video which is totally worth watching to the end for. I will caution you, the officer does let a small piece of unprofessional language escape from his lips when he gets surprised.
