Remember a couple of days ago when Bradley J. Whippersnapper and his compadre Luke posted this video of them chunking the ole football in our backyard? They were bragging about how mad their collective rock tossing skills were. Ha! Ha! And one more, Ha!
Our New Orleans Saints kick off the 2011 season tonight up at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Of course us members of the Who Dat Nation having been awaiting this date ever since that dreary day in Seattle that ended last season.
Getting ready for the Saints Game tomorrow night! Of course Luke and I had to "butt heads" about who is the next Drew Brees? He claims he is so good at this Quarterback thing, but I think the same too!
So, only way to solve this: Take it to the "Field!" By the way, I actually am not or never was a Quarterback.

There was a time when a trip to Oakland California would strike fear in the hearts of NFL fans across the league. That isn't the case anymore. The once proud Raider Nation is a mere shadow of itself and last night in the next to last preseason NFL game for our New Orleans Saints, Drew Brees and company illustrated that point from very beginning. Warning, the video from NFL.com is rather graphic if you're Raider fan you might want to look the other way as the Saints dismember your team. The final score was New Orleans 40, Oakland 20.
Alright you Who Dats, it is time for some football! Our New Orleans Saints get the practice season started tonight in the Louisiana Superdome at 7pm as they host the San Francisco 49ers.
As we gear up for another season of New Orleans Saints football, I got to thinking about how lucky we are to have Drew Brees in our collective lives. The only way to truly appreciate his awesomeness is to take a look back at some of the quarterbacks to sport the black and gold in the last 20 years. There are professions that are cool, there are activities that are cool and then there are people that are cool. Cool being defined not in the temperature sense but more along the lines of grace under fire, a certain something that commands the spotlight, an intangible quality to draws attention and respect. I have put together my list of "COOL". I would love for you to do the same, but here is how you have to play. Yesterday it was the sad news about the Saints trading away Reggie Bush. Today we find better news. The New Orleans Saints have found his replacement in former San Diego Charger running back/returner Darren Sproles.
Now THAT's what I call using your "time off " wisely. Thank you Drew Brees and Jonathan Vilma for continuing to give back to your communities-WHO DAT!
