If you've ever had a garage sale at your home you know what a chore they can be. It also means a lot of people you don't know walking around your property usually very early in the morning. What if you could have the profitability of a garage sale without having all the strangers at your house? Well on Saturday, November 9th you can.

The piano department at Lafayette High School is hosting Parking Lot Palooza, a community garage sale Saturday, November 9th. The is event offers you the chance to set up and sell your merchandise, make your money and in turn make a donation to budding musicians in Acadiana.

Here is how Parking Lot Palooza works, for $25 you can reserve a parking spot for your car and your merchandise. For $20 dollars you can reserve a spot on the grassy lawn at Lafayette High School. These arrangements will need to be made in advance and can be made by calling Nanette Fisher at 337-344-2973 or by emailing ehmclemore@lpssonline.com. Vendor setup will begin at 5am with shopping beginning at 6am.

This is your chance to make some money for yourself, clean out your garage and help some very talented musicians enhance their talents.
