Sean Payton To Be Pro Golfer’s Caddy

There have been more than a few times when it seems New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton has been left holding the bag. This time he will be holding the bag by his own choice. The coach is going to be a caddy on the PGA tour.

Coach Payton will be carrying the clubs for PGA professional Ryan Palmer at the Greenbriar Classic in West Virginia. Palmer and Payton have been friends for a while and they usually get together when the PGA tour comes through New Orleans every year.

What similarities are there between golf and pro football? Coach Payton says both sports require a lot of focus if you want to be a winner. We will see if the coach knows as much about the little white ball as he does about the oblong spherical we are used to seeing him with on Sundays.
