Come celebrate the beloved Louisiana Black Bear at the 13th annual Bayou Teche Black Bear Festival, Friday, April 15, and Saturday, April 16, in beautiful downtown Franklin.

The sixth-annual Bayou Teche Wooden Boat Festival has been indefinitely postponed due to expected bad weather.

Franklin will host the 11th annual Bayou Teche Black Bear Festival on April 17, 18, and 19, 2015!
