Beach vacations often seem to be aimed at singles or couples — but if you have kids and still want a sandy summer trek, you might find a new list of the best US beaches for families pretty helpful.
I had a nice little end of the semester vacation. No not to Destin or Panama..I went to Grand Isle, La! I bet you didn't even know they had a beach there, ha. Well I went for a run to "kinda" work off all the fish and shrimp, etc that I ate- and I found this little critter.

May 6, 2011 Although we didn’t bring any kids on the trip, it was pretty obvious that Beaches Boscobel Resort and Golf Club is a great place for kids.
As we were heading down to breakfast this morning, we walked by the Sesame Street character breakfast. The kids inside were having a blast, dancing with Elmo and hugging Cookie Monster.
