Ahh yes tis the season after the season when the beads begin to fly and the sweet taste of king cake crosses the lips of the faithful. I love Mardi Gras, I don't understand a lot of it, but I love it just the same. This year I want to ride the horses and chase the chickens but if I don't get to, I will settle for weeks of gluttony involving the king cake.
