I think "healthy" looks different on each of us. To let the fashion industry or the entertainment industry dictate an image of beauty none of us will ever achieve is wrong. I give you this video as support for my theory.

I think all of us when we look in the  mirror can find something about our physical appearance that we might like to change. I am guessing that those with the  most critical view of how they look happen to fall in the female category. It's not that men don't wish they looked better, we seem to have the ability to accept things for what they are and move on. Would you be willing to give up a year o
