32-year-old Daniel Fleetwood is a huge "Star Wars" fan. He also has terminal cancer and was afraid he wouldn't make it to the official release date of the new movie "The Force Awakens", which is December 18th.

So, he took up a campaign to get an early screening. His wish came true.

His cause was even taken up by Mark Hamill, the guy who plays Chewbacca, and John Boyega, one of the stars of the new movie.  And on Wednesday, Disney execs showed up at his house with a copy.

Daniel even got a call from director J.J. Abrams before he watched the movie. Security was pretty heavy too. Disney brought their own equipment to play the movie on, and Daniel and his wife had to sign confidentiality agreements.

Obviously, they aren't allowed to give out any details of the movie, but Daniel's wife did call it "an amazing experience!" She also posted the following on her Facebook page to thank everyone who made it all happen.

And Mark Hamill Tweeted, "I just read this and am elated for Daniel and his family!  Thanks to the powers-that-be for making his dream come true."

Yep, this was pretty darn cool indeed. We're praying for you Daniel!
