It's a big party weekend in Acadiana, we've got football and festivals and friends from out of town visiting but we still have to feed the kids right? One of my kids favorites even now that they are pain-in-the-butt teenagers is the grilled cheese sandwich. I never knew you could make grilled cheese so gourmet until I saw this.
