This Will Help You Lose Weight [Video]
January 23, 2012 9:31 AM As you know I am a big fan of the liquid protein, well not nearly as big a fan as I used to be since I lost 5 pants sizes. I have found that for me and a lot of you the liquid protein does exactly what it says it will do if you follow the simple directions. Some people have asked me for some extra motivation to help them with their desire to lose inches for the new year. I think I have found it. Just watch this video over and over again and keep thinking I am going to look so much better than that guy!
I believe if you focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want you’ll get to your goal that much faster. So don’t think about the inches you want to lose, think about how good you’re going to look when those inches are gone and you are turning heads on the beach. Turning heads in a good way not like this guy is turning heads.
