I came across this little article at WebMD.com that fills you in on what foods are the best and the worst for us during the holiday season. Helpful hint, it's a quiz. I know I know we hate quizzes, but this really made me feel like a fatty. It tests your knowledge of what is actually beneficially for you. Take a crack at it. You may be surprised.
