Woman Slaps Cop So She Could Get Jail Time and HAVE to Quit Smoking

31-year-old Etta Lopez of Sacramento, California wanted to quit smoking so she decided the best strategy was to get herself thrown in jail.

How did she achieve this? She slapped a cop, of course.

She told the cop she wanted to go to jail, where she would be forced to go without cigarettes.
