Woman Wins $42.9 Million On Slot Machine, Casino Offers Her A Steak Dinner Instead [Video]

Katrina Bookman had her entire wold turned inside out this past August when she pulled the lever on a slot machine and won $42.9 million dollars. The Casino told her the machine malfunctioned and that she won nothing, but offered her a free steak dinner for her disappointment.

Bookman, who bounced around as a kid in the foster care system and spent some of her life homeless, had her dreams shattered when the casino informed her the machine had malfunctioned and that she won nothing.

The machine she was playing had a max payout of $6,500 but the casino says they can't legally pay her that amount. All machines state "Must be 18 to play, malfunction voids payout".
