I have never run the high hurdles event in track and field competition. I assume it's a pretty difficult event to compete in based upon the physical prowess required. However this young man takes the hurdles to a whole new level. Unfortunately it is a lower level rather than a higher one. I am sure we have all had those days where our first step out of the starting gate went bad and the rest of the day went down hill. This appears to be the case for this hurdler. He missed the first hurdle and then decided to heck with this whole jumping thing I am just going to run through them. I feel for him.
