It may be hot now, but come October, it'll be perfect weather to get out and enjoy all that South Louisiana has to offer. One of those things to do might be a good ole festival.

If that's on your docket, then might we suggest the 86th annual International Rice Festival in Crowley, which is set for October 19-22, 2023, in the heart of the city.

The annual event is the oldest and largest agricultural festival in Louisiana and we couldn't be more excited to tell you about what's in store this year.

One of the highlights of the festival is the free music on the two stages. Below is the complete lineup for this year's International Rice Festival.

There are a few events leading up to this year's Rice Festival including a Poker Run on Sept. 9, a Rice & Gravy Cook-Off on Sept. 23, and the Queen's Ball & Honoree Social on Oct. 14.
