Acadian Culture Day at Vermillionville Today

Acadian Culture Day is this Sunday August 11 from 10a - 5p at Vermilionville. The focus will be on family folklore and some of the activities planned for the day will include: cooking demonstrations, boat tours and canoeing, artist demonstrations, games and crafts for children, table française; a genealogy station, dance lessons, sharing circles, and film screenings. Music in the Performance Center will include Recolte Band and Al Berard Family Band, and admission is free to the public!
