Acadiana Symphony Orchestra Postpones Classes Due To Flooding
The Acadiana Symphony Orchestra and Conservatory of Music (ASO) was set to begin classes today, but a pipe to a kitchen sink had different plans. Last Wednesday that pipe burst and flooded about 75% of the first floor.
Because of the flooding, ASO has postponed classes to start next Monday, August 21st.
KATC reports a handful of area businesses came to the rescue and are helping the ASO get back on track.
The Acadiana Symphony Orchestra and Conservatory of Music would like to thank the following businesses and volunteers:
- ServiceMaster of Lafayette
- Maxtec
- Aucoin plumbing
- Waste Management of Lafayette
- Gauthier's Rental
- Owner of Design Center of Acadiana-- Kerry Duet-- and her team
