If you weren't able to make it last year, here's your chance.

The World famous Louisiana State Penitentiary Angola Prison Rodeo is all set for Saturday and Sunday, April 22-23, 2023!

In addition to the fast-paced, incredible rodeo action, the Angola Prison Rodeo also offers live music, food, and the insanely popular arts and crafts booths featuring items for sale made by inmates at Louisiana State Penitentiary.

Leather crafts, paintings, lawn and garden furniture, woodwork, one-of-a-kind jewelry, and much more will all be for sale.

Billed as "The Wildest Show in the South" tickets are on sale now for $20 at angolarodeo.com by calling 225-655-2030 or 225-655-2607.

Where is the Angola Prison Rodeo?

The Angola Prison Rodeo is held at Louisiana State Penitentiary, located at the end of Highway 66, approximately twenty-two miles northwest of the town of St. Francisville, Louisiana (Highway 61).

All proceeds from the event are used to support programs that help those released from prison reenter society.
