Another Church Fire Being Investigated In St. Landry Parish

As of yesterday, there had been three fires at churches in the state of Louisiana.

Now, officials are on the scene of another fire at a church in Louisiana.

KLFY says firefighters from District 3 in Opelousas are on the scene of a fire on Highway 182.

Mount Pleasant Church is the facility that firefighters were called out to today.

That makes three fires at churches in St. Landry Parish along this week. Four in the state of Louisiana in that same time frame.

This past weekend there was a fire at a church in Shreveport.
