Reports are out revealing that an arrest has been made in the case of a 29-year-old New Orleans, LA man, who was attempting to make a dirt bike transaction that stemmed from Facebook marketplace. 20-year-old Jalen Harvey has been arrested on First Degree Murder charges after he admitted to killing Joseph Vindel early on Monday morning.

According the the above reports, 20-year-old Jalen Harvey of Harvey, LA was arrested on a first-degree-murder charge after shooting and killing 29-year-old Joseph Vindel of New Orleans, LA. The incident apparently stemmed from a planned dirt bike transaction where Harvey shot the victim while still inside of his vehicle.

Harvey then drove away from the scene of the crime in the victim's vehicle, leaving the vehicle with the body inside and fleeing on the dirt bike. Police found Harvey through the online messages that were exchanged between Vindel and Harvey and questioned him at the apartment complex where the murder took place. This is when Harvey admitted to shooting the victim and taking his vehicle into New Orleans.
