Bizarre Video Shows Ghostly Figure Walking Through Oncoming Traffic [Watch]

A pretty interesting video recently posted to Twitter shows a ghostly figure walking right though oncoming traffic as he, or it crosses the street.

I mean, if it's on the internet it has to be real, right?

The video posted to Twitter by The Sun is reportedly from the Philippines. As you can see, a dark, shadowy figure calmly crosses a busy street but the oncoming traffic just seemingly passes straight though him, or it.

I'm not sure what is exactly going here, and I'm not saying it has to be real, but it's definitely an interesting watch.

What do you think? Is it just a video glitch, a hoax, or could it be legit?
