Blue Bell Ice Cream French Toast

There’s a fun, and honestly genius, food trend going around right now where people are making French toast using Blue Bell ice cream instead of traditional ingredients, and it’s blowing up because it’s ridiculously easy.

Instead of the usual mix of milk, sugar, and flavoring, people are melting Blue Bell ice cream and using it as the base for the batter.

Why Does This Work?

The ice cream already contains cream, sugar, and vanilla, so when it melts, it basically becomes a ready-made French toast mixture. Blue Bell ice cream is delicious. French toast is delicious. Put the two together and apparently...you've got gold.
