I found out today, after using a microwave for more than 25 years, that I have been cooking my food incorrectly. Yes, there is a right way and a wrong way to get the most cooking potential from your microwave oven, and today I uncovered it quite by accident.

Apparently, moving the container through the invisible cooking energy allows the food to not only cook more efficiently, but it also allows for more uniform heating. This means a better dining experience with fewer cold spots in the middle.
