Boy Scouts Neckerchief Slides Being Recalled
Parents, take note of this recall.
The Boy Scouts of America is recalling 100,000 neckerchief slides. The reason, the slides reportedly contain unsafe amounts of lead.
The slides are sold in four styles: red wolf, green bear, orange lion and blue Webelos.
You can check your child's slide and see if this is located on the label behind the neckerchief slide: "Made in China" and P.O. number 200228276, 20023175, 200233281 or 200236630. If so, you should not let anyone use the slide.

In a Facebook message, the Evangeline Area Council, Boy Scouts of America says "NONE of the neckerchief slides sold at the Evangeline Area Council Scout Shop are associated with the National Safety Recall."
