Can You Spot The Swimmer In Trouble Before The Lifeguard Does? [Video]

What kind of parent takes a kid that can't swim to a water park and then lets them play in a wave pool? This is video of just such an incident. As a parent I don't know whether I am shaking because this scared me so badly or if I am shaking because I am so mad.

How many times this Summer will we have to report on a person drowning who had no business being in or near the water? That always seems to be the case. Everybody needs to learn  how to swim. We live in Louisiana! We are surrounded by water!

Fortunately this story does have a happy ending. I can't imagine how the lifeguards at facilities like this are able to focus and find the distressed swimmers in all the chaos.
