Residents of South Louisiana had better get used to the idea of looking up. That's because this weekend the sky above Lake Charles' Chennault International Airport will be filled with things to see. The Chennault International Airshow is set to begin on Friday and run through Sunday and tickets for each day's events are still available.

This year's show will feature not only airborne acts but there will also be plenty of things for visitors to see and do on the ground in between aerial performances. The gates will open at 5 pm on Friday for a special Twilight Show. The gates will open at 9 am for the Saturday and Sunday performances. Tickets for all performances are still available.
