Ah to be a legend. It is the stuff many have dreamed of but only few ever attain. Ms Georgia at Hub City Diner in Lafayette is legendary. You might not know her face but you know her chicken fried steak. The mere sight of this golden fried goodness covered with cream gravy nestled next to a mound of fluffy mashed potatoes has brought many a grown man to tears. Those would be tears of joy mind you.
