Chris Stapleton Reveals Reason He Had to Postpone Several Shows

A couple of days ago we brought you the story of Chris Stapleton having to postpone the next three weeks worth of concerts. At first, no specific reason was given, but reports were that he injured himself. Now we know a few more details.

This morning, Chris posted a letter on his website that revealed that he is recovering from a broken bone and detached tendon in his right index finger. As a result, he can't play guitar right now and that would hamper him from delivering a show that he could be proud of.

As of now, Chris has postponed all shows through June 17th. We sure do wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him October 19th at Raising Canes River Center in Baton Rouge.
