Cops in Brazil Catch a Graffiti Artist and Spray-Paint His Face as Punishment

You know the old expression "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth"? Well, this next video kind of adheres to that philosophy.

A cop in Brazil recently caught a kid spray-painting graffiti on a police station and proceeded to give him a choice for his punishment: a) get arrested b) let the cop spray paint his face.

Since there is a viral video of it, you can probably guess which option he chose. (Sure couldn't get away with this in America, Jack!)
