Crowley Man Drowns This Morning Near Apartment Complex

KATC - The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office reports a Crowley man has died from drowning early this morning.

Police were called to the scene around 8am this morning at a gully located next to the Kathy Apartments in Crowley.

Police say the drowning victim is 30-year-old Trae Darby.

Officials are investigating to determine the cause of the drowning, but say foul play is not expected.
