To me there is nothing more amazing than to watch a child use his or her imagination. I have been using mine since I was little and to this day I have a difficult time seperating reality from the world of my own invention. Did you ever have a playhouse? If you had one that looked like an actual house you must have been rich! My playhouse was usually a refridgerator box until it rained or a small corner of my Father's woodshed where I used to go for regular lessons in right and wrong. Kids today live in a different world, take a look at some of these "make believe" play houses! It's like River Ranch threw up in your back yard!

I do have a fear that computer games and prefab playhouses might be robbing our kids of some of their most amazing moments of discovery. I believe in imagination and every childs right to use it! Am I just being an old fuddy duddy? If you'd like to discuss it leave me a comment and I will read it on my laptop from inside my spaceship I made from a maytag washing machine box.
