Taylor Swift's Ex Ed Sheeran seems to be in some hot water right now. He's being sued for a whopping $20 Million for copyright infringement. Songwriters Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard are the one's suing Sheeran, claiming his song "Photograph" sounds way too much like a song they wrote for artist Matt Cardle called "Amazing".

The similarities go beyond substantial, which is itself sufficient to establish copyright infringement, and are in fact striking. The similarity of words, vocal style, vocal melody, melody and rhythm are clear indicators, among other things, that 'Photograph' copies 'Amazing.'
