There is a saying among pilots " it  is better to be on the ground wishing you were flying, than to be flying and wishing you were on the ground". Imagine you are enjoying a wonderful day in your small private plane and the engine quits! Watch as this pilot and his passenger calmly bring their aircraft to a safe landing on a city street. Can you imagine cruising down Ambassador Caffery and being passed by a Cessna?  Just watching this made my blood pressure go up!
