Ex-Husband of Former ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ Actress Arrested in Louisiana, Accused of Raping Child
An actor and ex-husband of an actress who starred on "NCIS: New Orleans" was arrested early this week by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office on rape charges involving a young boy.
51-year-old Jean-Pierre Guy Gillian of Los Angeles was extradited to Jefferson Parish and booked on Wednesday with first-degree rape and aggravated crime against nature, according to Capt. Jason Rivarde, a spokesman for the Sheriff's Office.
Gillian is accused of sexually abusing a 3-year-old boy over the course of a year at a resident in Metairie, beginning in 2015.
According to Rivarde, Gillian was living in Metairie at the time the abuse occurred. The case was referred to the Sheriff's Office in December by law enforcement in Los Angeles.
Gillian is the former husband of actress Zoe McLellan. She played special agent Meredith Brody for two seasons on "NCIS: New Orleans." The CBS crime drama has been shot in the New Orleans area since it premiered in 2014.
McLellan left the show in 2016. The couple divorced that year.
Gillian is an actor as well, with a few roles in television shows and movies including "The Informant" and "Westworld."
He was arrested in Los Angeles on January 8 as a fugitive from Jefferson Parish. Gilliam is currently being held without bail at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna.
