Festival International Offering Free Bike Parking

When it comes to Festival International, parking can be a pretty tough venture. For 2023, Festival has announced free parking for bikes in their "Bike Corral".

For 2023, Lafayette Consolidated Government, Bike Lafayette, and Trail have teamed up to offer free parking for Festival bikers.

The service is free, but donations are encouraged and all proceeds will go to Bike Lafayette.

According to KATC, the Bike Corral "will be located in the closed-off section of Congress Street, right in front of the Main Lafayette Public Library."

Andre Angelle, President of Bike Lafayette tells KATC -

"This is a collaborative effort between Bike Lafayette, LCG, and Trail. Providing all of the labor and logistics. Trail is providing all of the bike racks and LCG is providing all of the barricades and security."
