Florida Man Allegedly Threw An Alligator At Employee Through A Wendy’s Drive-Thru Window [Photo]
You know it's going to be a wild story when it starts with the line "A Florida man...". This story brings up so many questions for me. Why did he have a 3-foot alligator in his car?
Florida man, 24-year-old Joshua James reportedly pulled up at a Wendy's in Loxahatchee, Florida and ordered a drink. When the cashier turned to get his order, he allegedly tossed a 3-foot alligator through the drive-thu window!
Thankfully, neither the Wendy's employee nor the alligator were harmed.
James is in some deep trouble. He's been charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor possession of an alligator, and misdemeanor petit larceny, according to an incident report.
James' parents have stated this was all just supposed to be a prank on someone he knew working at the Wendy's.
The alligator was safely released into a nearby bayou.
