Free Flu Vaccinations This Thursday

Officials warn it's going to be a rough flu season. Cases are already being reported in Acadiana.

Parish health units across Acadiana are offering free flu vaccinations this Thursday, October 17th.

Locations include the following:

• Acadia Parish: 1029 Capitol Ave., Crowley
• St. Landry Parish: 1010 W. Lasalle Street, Ville Platte
• Iberia Parish: 715 B Weldon Street, New Iberia
• Lafayette Parish: 220 West Willow St., Building A, Lafayette
• St. Martin Parish: 303 West Port St., Saint Martinville
• Vermilion Parish: 2501 Charity St., Abbeville.

The hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Walk-ins are welcome and there is no charge with your private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid card.
